So the monthly survey is expecting flawless results and if concerned employees even voice their opinions. Zulfi is going to personally look at and weed out the negativity. May aswell just sack us all now

Ah just seen an email from the Z-man. Remember folks the only way to win is not to play.

So in other words intimidating employees to take the surveys under duress holding their jobs over their head with fear of retaliation of RIFs.
You are literally bragging about your involvement in this.
You sound like a real gem.
Typical Allstate human garbage and trash. Shame on you for not doing better with your pathetic life. Be sure Tommy drags those nuts over your face some more and thank the ba----d for it.
@17t+1jv7r6h10 You nailed it.
This is for them, not the employees. One more way to separate senior management from the day to day reality of people waiting to be handed their hats, going in fear of 'challenging ideas' etc... All they really want is to say, 'Look at how excited our employees are about this new direction we're going, we got an XX% response!
Kinda like a few years ago when they had 8 hours of mandatory 'professional development' training and then bragged about how cool it was that 90+% of the employees took the opportunity to get trained.
Dog and pony show. The best way to deal with it is just not enter a dog or a pony.
I take it back. I said was anonymous but it's confidential and responses linked to your identity and retained for 3 years....RUNNNNN!!!
The only way to send a message is not to participate in it. Zufli’s, Kamal’s, etc are rated on engagement. Hence the desperation you see when they’ve only 50% of people completing it. Remember the begging emails, the coercion, to fill it out on the previous surveys?
They can spin whatever results they want to the board. Remember how “we all miss being connected to other teams” was their takeaway last time to pressure for RTO, despite being something only an id--t would take from it. What they cannot spin to the board is a survey which has less than 50% participation, that clearly says people are fed up and are not engaged.
My work is in relation to the employee satisfaction survey, it’s CONFIDENTIAL not ANONYMOUS. Yes we know who answers what, yes your answers get filtered back to your leader, yes people are RIFd based on their “engagement”.
Save yourself the 10 minutes it takes to complete.
The surveys are anonymous. Don't believe those who say not. But if you put info in comments sections that makes it obvious who you are, then you can be identified (but it cannot be used as reason for you to lose your job...if you can prove it was, sue).
I actually quite like idea of not taking the survey as like a protest but definitely don't write 'everything is great here' if you don't feel it is because then we'll get more of the same s**t the next few years.
@b5+1jv7r6h10 That'll never happen. The Stateside guys are too afraid to lose their jobs to be honest, and the offshore crowd are more concerned about pleasing their immediate superiors so will fill in what they're told.
It su-ks, but I think we need to play the game here. Zulfi and Kamal just want to be told they're great. There is no culture of feedback. That's why ASC is such a mess.
Reminder: it's not an anonymous survey. It's confidential.
Transparency. Challenging ideas. All white wash.
Just don't take it and don't waste the time. How many of these things have we responded to to hear what 'great feedback' they got and how management is 'forming an action plan' to implement that feedback and then......nothing.
What it is a way for management to pat themselves on the back in a townhall about the % of people who responded. Because that means we're 'engaged.' They're never going to do anything with it, whether you're honest with them or just a cheerleader.
Sometimes the best survey strategy is to not take it. Not giving it legitimacy speaks volumes.
@ac+1jv7r6h10
Transparency is a core value! wat?!!
Really, the company wants your true feelings so state them in surveys.
Anonymous company survey. Highly recommended you fudge the truth. I received a not happy call from my manager after completing survey. RIF 2 years now
They won't while the share price is doing well. They are ki-ling the culture though. Need everyone, not just ANI, voicing concerns
When will Zulfi and Kamal be shown the door?
Transparency is taboo at Big Blue.
