Interested in if the CES results reflect how bad the morale is and the distrust and unhappiness towards ELT or did people lie in their ratings or is ELT burying it? Haven't heard a lot about it with all the other train wrecks going on....

I read some of the comments. People are P1SSED, & rightly so.
Themes included MW & ELT lack of accountability for the current sh-tshow, laughable question about wellbeing as people are pushed to the brink, poor and ineffective communications, lack of direction and general loss of faith in senior leader ability to steer us in the right direction, and so on.
My favorite was someone telling ELT & MW to “do better”. Ring a bell with anyone? 😝
The CES results really weren’t that bad, but participation rates were higher in BA, Manila and India causing a skew.
The comments on the CES are pure fire. Had to read them with a beer in hand. Pretty sure some of those folks are on here leaving the same comments!
It’s rigged. Bad results this time followed by a remarkable turn around next time. Oh and they are not anonymous.
I heard CES results were positive all things considered. Company has a good platform to build off once the layoffs are completed

Of course they’re playing it down. They’re drooling about how many people will quit so Engine can grow and blossom to new C level bonuses
Yeah, employees across the enterprise were quite vocal regarding the lack of communication, the mistrust of leaders beyond immediate supervisors and have little faith in the current strategy/direction. Leaders have been apprised of this, so if they are saying this isn't so, they're playing it down.
