Time has provided many with time to reflect on if their career should involving moving to Houston or across the street to the next employer. Hearing who as AEOI or not get selected certainty will influence the decision to roll the dice or take the money and run.

You kind of just need to talk to people to see who your competition is. Most people I've spoken to seem to be fairly open on whether they're considering EOI or not.
Like they will ever tell us. Any appearance of transparency is gone.
California does not count....different situation. We are out of there.
Almost all my Californian friends took AEOI.
