I remember when Mikey held a company wide meeting just to tell us he was g-y and married to his partner. Not what he was doing to fix anything or actually find something that we could sell that was relevant. Is this guy for real? No cares who you are married to. Why aren't you fixing Xerox?
The reason you are selling at a net loss is your costs are too high. It takes so long to get someone pricing that an Elephant could have a baby before it happened. Xerox is an archaic behemoth and needs to die. The payrolls are filled with bureaucrats and Kirby vacuum salesmen.

Absolutely crazy to think that a dealer could acquire Xerox. Even crazier knowing that Dex PASSED on this. The financials have to be atrocious internally - everyone knows the accounting gymnastics that are being played each quarter. They aren't sustainable and the bottom is sure to fall out in the near future.
Controls the field level seem to have disappeared as well. They're clearly selling deals to retain base (the sales teams) with little to no oversight on profitability. The model was built around 40%+ equipment margins. Xerox can't be operating anywhere near this.
So yes, more layoffs to come.
Ray seems to be drinking the Kool-Aid, or is receiving too much funding from X to speak the truth.
