Does anyone remember when Dallas housed Xerox's HR?
I remember them not being helpful at all. Around 2010 when they were told they would be shut down, I remember so many people had tuition reimbursement documentation tossed.
So many people had to start over the reimbursement process.
Xerox purchased Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) in 2010, which was headquartered in Dallas. When the deal closed, most of their HR team (and I assume most of their headquarters group) got the ax, which is common with M&A deals. Of course, that deal bit Xerox in thearse in many ways, such as enraging ACS's former found Deason after Xerox spun-off ACS in 2017 (Conduent) so much that he joined forces with Icahn and basically sank the board.
