I enjoy how India can have kids crying in the background, watching their kids while working, scrub and vacuum the house, have music playing in the background while on calls with customer representatives, have Taylor Swift music on their company owned devices I seen this on one of the PMs computers when she was screen sharing with me. Be at the Beach working with wind in the background and no one is every written up. Or how India complete 1 or 2 test cases to test an item and it works and its good and then you get defect after defect because the testing was so bad.

I have said this so many times!! Kids screaming, cars honking in the background, dishes changing. Its like they are in town square
They take Americans jobs, and most of the projects that they do because I've been on many of their trying projects they work they change our systems and then they don't work and this company spends lots and lots of money for these people to mess them up. And as far as it's after 7:00 or customer service is there at 7:00 and they have to abide by the rules of you're at work and they shouldn't hear things like children and dogs and so on and so forth so that's just so wrong because we have to live by other standards. I don't care how much they get paid less than we do because they mess everything up did anybody ever call customer service for our own product and they have no clue as to what benefits we actually get and they're supposed to be employees. That's all I'm saying today
To be fair it's 7pm or later their time. So their kids are home for the evening. I agree it's not professional to hear it and not be muted but not much different than a dog barking in the back. If that was the only issue I'd be happy but there's no accountability for their workload or quality a lot of times
Yeah but they can pay them less than you so that's all that matters.
