Any other Cigna MA employees considering suing Cigna Corp or HCSC for the deceptive about the entire deal?! We were demoted and replaced by DEI hires because HCSC was too insecure about the talent that actually leads the business they acquired. If you are suing have your attorney publish a call for action so more of us can join the lawsuits!

if you signed a severance package you have waived off your right to sue.
Maybe waste less time talking foolishness and more time focusing on your job and you wouldn’t be “demoted”.
I almost agreed with you until you added DEI. Then you lost me. I am not happy with this deal, but DEI has nothing to do with it. Perhaps you should consider working for the federal government under this new administration, you would fit right in.

DEI: I don't think that acronym means what you think it means. Cigna isn't replacing employees with DEI hires, their replacing employees with offshore employees, which has nothing to do with DEI.
