SLT is beside themselves on leaked RIF dates appearing on this site (1000% confirmed they are on here and working with HR and IT).They actively are investigating who is leaking the dates.
Don’t you know we all are supposed to take this job loss like the good little peasants we are? Thank you to those in the know who have shared this information when you did not need to. SLT has a big problem with transparency and it will cost those who leaked info their jobs if they are identified.

This is an anonymous site. Unless you offer details about yourself or leak info that was only told to you, there is no way IT can figure anything out. If you were super paranoid you could get a cheap VPN from your personal device to protect your privacy even more.

The absolute audacity to think you can replace those with 20-30 years experience with offshore making 6 bucks an hour USD. Their expectation is that performance and quality should improve as well at the same time offshoring is taking place. Think of it this way, these are leaders making millions of dollars per year who think these are good business decisions.

You all sunk this company and made it an evil empire. The stock is going to keep going in the gutter. If your team believed in what you were doing they wouldn’t be leaking dates on this site. Chew on that a bit. No one respects you anymore. Take this as a learning opportunity. But you won’t because it’s obvious you can’t learn. All you know how to do is riff.

There is a way to avoid the rumor mill, stop ruining the lives of the team with the constant stress of layoffs. There is an actuarial /underwriting problem and If they would figure out how to price business the expense reductions would not be necessary.

Well I am glad they do! Gives people who think they may be getting rifd a chance to get resume ready and look for other jobs while we still have a job! Also when others find new jobs maybe saved someone else's job!

To SLT, what difference does it make, you’re still going to riff anyway. Having a little heads up is nice. When I was riffed I didn’t freak out because I knew that day was a riff day because if this site. I was calm when HR was on the call and allowed me done dignity instead of being totally blindsided. My guess is SLT thrives on crying and blindsided employees to feed their egos. They must be upset that they aren’t getting reaction the the riffed they want.
