But before the ship sinks, leadership’s already pointing fingers at everyone below them. Feels like we’re just here to take the fall for their bad calls. What’s the point anymore? Classic corporate playbook: sc--w up majorly, then act like it’s our fault, profit.

Quiet quit. Do minimum required to keep your job.
Be thankful you have a job with good benefits. Use your experience to find a new job.
I don't do them anymore. Or show up to their uninformative townhalls.
I’m convinced that the surveys aren’t there to fix any problems but to find out what will get us to leave so they can do more of that.

I used to give my all every day for this company. Until the news broke out on Jacksonville, then Denver, then Accenture. Felt like 3 gut punches in succession one after another you couldn’t brace for.
Fallout has started and is atrocious after the Accenture moves. Been feeling JAX moves for a while now and starting to see Denver emptier and emptier each day.
What is the point anymore. Leadership is trying to get more and more people to resign from the company regardless of years of service or their skillset so they can hire blind “yes people” for cheap who won’t question their endgame.
