Well, this explains the changes at UHG. Hopefully the same will be coming for EH as well.
Yes, UnitedHealthcare (UHG) is under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The DOJ is reportedly investigating UHG's Medicare Advantage billing practices, including whether diagnoses were being used to trigger extra payments, particularly at physician groups also owned by UHG, according to the Wall Street Journal.

UNH being transparent about their numbers. So far, released ELV numbers have not actually been as bad. Reminder ELV is faced when the same market pressures as UNH. It would seem having a member of the SLT who has a background in defrauding investors is paying off so far. When investors figure out how bad it really is, shadow organizations revealed… there will be bloodshed. But by then it will be too late.
