I was at a customer's office today and they showed me a bill for a $16 Tariff Fee.
The toner is included in their contract. This will not go over well.

Can’t trust anything Xerox says or does
Not a rumor. Just received our quarterly service contract and there is a $19.43 charge added to the freight charges with * and the * says Tariff Misc. Charge amount $19.43. So yeah NOT A RUMOR
XEROX is totally adding tariffs to their service contract customers.
There's a tariff letter in the sharepoint that you can find. It's hilarious and if I were a customer, I would talk to a lawyer
