I was just hired in August as a manager and then in two weeks, laid off. Everything was going good but i am not sure what could be the case? But i got to keep my car for another 2 weeks along with some severance. Assuming nothing was wrong from my end...

Don't believe the propaganda you see on Hertz' social media. Its all some and mirrors. I remember my RVP telling us to write positive reviews in Glassdoor and Yelp to spike out numbers. Super shady as always

Its happening at every location. Some more than others but reduction in workforce is at all locations. Per my RVP.
Same here. I was hired in August. 5 others including myself were all laid off. We were short managers as is not sure how they are going to survive with 5 less. The writing was on the wall. Things are terrible so I guess its a blessing in disguise. I like my team they worked hard. Other higher managers were all very fake.
What location are you from. ? My location hired a sh-t load supervisors managers July August I keep saying any day now 1/2 will be gone.
