So worthless gets a 19% raise for getting us to this point. Imagine what they would have given him if he had run the company where we didn’t have to cut 8K jobs. What does the BoD consider a “sub par” performance? Did he get any “needs improvement” or simply four “exceeds expectations” for getting us to where we are today?

This guy and the BoD have squandered the stock price. No strategy, nothing new, zero direction, simply stock buybacks and increasing the dividend because they cannot figure out what else to do with it...... Well the stock has dropped significantly and we still do not have a merger with Hess. We have no transition strategy. Our green energy efforts are a joke. Really sad.

There should be more accountability on the upper management for the situation of CVX and not only just laying off employees to fix THEIR MISTAKES AND LACK OF PERFORMANCE.
