People leave bad bosses

I received a better offer and submitted my resignation. However, I was ready to accept even a job with a smaller pay because I could no longer bear the manager's behavior. I don't even know how that person ended up in that position. I think that more people left this place because of bad managers than because of better paying jobs?

Poor managers seem to live in the middle bands. So many useless managers of managers. These managers think every problem has a spreadsheet solution. They hate actual workers. Their jobs are to find fault and issues. Fire them all, millions saved, nothing lost.

My boss is great and so is her manager. The executive leadership is laughable . It’s as if McKinsey is having a puppet show.
