This is definitely a turning point for the company. If OpenText can pull this off, they have a chance to become one of the top 10 big tech companies in the world. However, if I were in Vegas my money is on them being sold for parts by the end of the decade. AI is the future, however, I don’t see their tools as competitive. But time will tell. It’s like when United launched TED airlines back in the back in 2004 United got rid or union employees so it was United without “U-N-I” looked like it could work but failed by the end of the decade.
