The rainbow lights are critical to my wellbeing at work and I consider this a crucial safe space feature
Can confirm. Doing away with talent cards would free up enough time and resources to save 100 jobs. Doing away with the rainbow lights would save at least 5 additional jobs.
I’ve been told by those within McKenzie that getting rid of 10,000 talent cards together would save COP would save $30M, but those who pride themselves in self importance won’t drop the charade.
At least now you have something to do on Monday
Dear “Edge”,
Don’t look now but it appears you’re complaining. Good job. You fit right in!
COP Where everyone’s got a title, nobody’s got a clue, and the only thing getting processed faster than paperwork is a complaint. If griping were an Olympic sport, this overstaffed circus would be going for gold.
The only people who ever even fill that s*** out are schmucks.
Do the manager have to fill out their own talent card? lol
High grading
It begins.
Justify your existence because we don’t know what our employees do.
Solid leadership.
Talent card! I’ve heard that before. Isn’t it amazing how the genius of both COP and CVX leadership develop apparently identical solutions to their individual corporate issues!!!
