Does anyone know the average severance package in last layoff?

People said 2 or 3 weeks per year of service. I tried that formula, but couldn't come to terms with it. They gave me less than that, but from a percentage standpoint I received close to 17% when using severance/salary. Years of Service was 2, but 2 months till 3 years.
