Is anyone having issues submitting and/ or getting frivolous rejections?

I had no problem submitting the paperwork. Are you submitting it as a PDF file? The PDF file type was one of the requirements. You can’t just send a photo from your phone.
Yes!!! Sent via email the first time and received confirmation, then an email stating they couldn't open the paperwork. I reconfigured the document and also faxed the paperwork (which is what the email said to do) and received no response back stating it was received. I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday until miraculously they "found" my resubmitted documents. I still haven't received a confirmation email and that makes me super uneasy. It really seems like they are just trying to sc--w us out of our severance. My bills haven't gone away just because UHG cannot get their act together. I will stress that when i called into HR it is an offshore call center and they are completely clueless.
My severance paperwork went right through with no issues. Received a response that it was received. Sad.
You get to keep the monitors just the laptop goes back.
I got one email saying it wasn't accepted because it wasn't legible so I resent the pictures I took of each page. Looks like that worked. Still waiting for the boxes. does anyone know if we’ll be returning the monitors too?
Sounds like they are trying to bring people back so maybe that is the reason for the delay in paperwork and equipment? They want you to stay.
I took a picture of my paperwork with my phone and returned it that way. The problem may be the scanning software you are using.
They're probably being inundated with emails because people have to submit several times. We are depending on this severance. They need to get it together.
I am having MAJOR issues getting them to say my VRSP paperwork is okay. All the T's are crossed, all the I's dotted, dates perfect. Have sent and resent it 8 times, and every time I get an email back saying there is a different issue. I have called..and called..and called..with no help. So, thought it was my scanner or my email, so I sent it to some family members.....got it, could open it, could read it, all 5 pages were there. What is going on?????
The only thing that I have recvd is the confirmation email that it was recvd and when to expect payment 2-3 pay periods.
A coworker has recvd email that they can't open the vrsp documents sent.

Yes, same thing happened to me a bunch of my former co-workers. Just more UHC bullsh-t!!!!
