CVX stock or the CES results

Scores in my team were as high as they’ve ever been. Though my team is mostly Indian expats on working visas.
Cut the complaining Subsurface cry babies out ad CES would be positive
Surely the CONFIDENTIAL survey would never be used to target teams for relocation that don’t LOVE the changes coming in and resonate new order energy.
The CES is NOT anonymous. It is confidential.
In our group, one of the analysts receives the data including comments. I hope that the names are withheld from that download but don’t know for sure.
Nothing we do or say at work or while using company assets like laptops and cell phones is safe, so bear that in mind.
People still fill out the survey? What good can come of it?
So you want to play the game, and you blow smoke up your boss. He moves up and you’re left in your position.
Instead you try being honest. The survey is easy to determine who said what (technically it’s anonymous, but everyone knows your writing voice). So you get grilled for not trusting your supervisor.
Well maybe you want to try providing macro feedback about Chevron. Goodbye hybrid schedule! Your opinion was summarily dismissed.
The whole exercise is futile. Just leave it blank and do your job.
Despite being one of the few times the CES will provide real feedback, I’m convinced LT will dismiss any of the negative feedback as “restructure related” while pining for the days of being asked “what’s your favorite ice cream flavor” in town halls. As far as supervisor level being up, literally everyone knows they get show the comments…and it is easy to deduce who wrote them so it is obvious they are going to be “glowing.”
It's all a plan. Very bad CES results this round followed by significant improvement next round. CES results mean less than nothing anyway and our leadership, I can assure you, does not care.
@ak+1jttfsmef If you aren’t already part of the ELT, you should be. You’re assessment of the current “mood and feelings” of the workforce couldn’t be more clear that your head is at least 3’ up your a-s.
Not sure why CES results are considered red. My understanding is that CES results were positive overall especially considering the transformation that is occurring. Overall people are happy to work here despite the stress of change. With Happy people the stock price will rise.
