There is a monthly rolling layoff schedule. Some months have smaller impacts than others, and some organizations have larger impacts than others. There are also off-cycle layoffs, such as the one that occurred last month that impacted a very large population. These are rare.
In other words, no, it's not over completely.

I don’t believe anyone really knows. Every company does layoffs. These sites didn’t used to exist and not all companies have these sites so we just happened to find out when a few people are let go. It happens all the time- this site just makes hysteria over it. If I had to guess I’d say no- it’s not over. I’m sure they’ll do small layoffs here and there sure. Maybe another big one in our life time. I’d just focus on doing the best you can or find a new job. Happy Friday!
