That town hall and the comments made by “leaders” was the most pathetic example of leadership I have seen yet.
Now that their jobs are safe they talk about accountability….JKs ridiculous example of the blue angels pointing at themselves and owning mistakes was a joke…he and others dont have the spine to say he and his fellow leaders already failed. Accountability is not what executives do when they offer themselves bonuses.
He isn’t worried about apathy because we’ll be winning and the apathy will disappear….there is ZERO Chance we win and certainly not when they aren’t even investing in anything that could make us do better.

In regards to the last post: when G & G has cuts, it's the technical ones that get the ax because they represent a threat to the management that is making it up as they go.
Most of the geologists that succeed in o & g are salesmen, and actors; bullsh-t artists if youd like. The most competent technically rarely rise to management leadership positions because they tell the truth when it comes to risk and uncertainty. The engineers don't like failure so only the liars get ahead. Zero leadership, accountability morals or ethics.
The subsurface org chart is a clear example of their competence and visionary mindset to turn around the company from the bottom to the dead last, no matter what kind of effort you put in with that organization chart nothing will ever change for better ever!
Can’t even show the new org because they can’t even figure it out!! Only CTC can be worse at doing something than Chevron Exploration!
It’s an offense to the military for Chevron to even reference them in what our leadership is doing.
