We badly need a deadwood’s clean up, work environment is so dire right now, it is almost unbearable day to day grind with fake smiles and keep watching and waiting for getting back stabbed by colleagues

@7an Careful? Why? You literally can’t get anyone worse than Andrej. He’s zero results, destroyed morale, and next level management doesn’t see it.

Brilliant CVP is moving QA to a remote building from development, so problems can be described over phone instead of seen in person! And that move has taken six years. Also opened an office “back home” overseas and that office been doing nothing for almost a year.
