Can somebody please share more info about the coming layoffs? I usually ignore rumors, but I've heard this from enough different people recently to think there might be some truth to it. Hopefully I'm wrong, but it certainly doesn't harm to ask and stay informed.

Ohio laid off the entire enrollment team last year and are now targeting all case managers, both nurses and social workers. They will be writing us all up in September (50+ of us) just a few months after making us shave down our caseloads (some even had their entire caseloads removed), now citing we are being placed on action plans for not having large enough caseloads. However, the members we are given to call are about 75% UTC. They don’t give us tools to succeed here. Accepting a job at Molina was a huge career mistake.
Molina has some of the most incompetent leadership you will ever find. They are good slave masters and run employees to the ground. They complicate every process and are so inefficient. They lack knowledge and professionalism. Stay away from this company. Run!!
Be ready! HR and Managers like to post here calling the workers lazy when they know the managers are the incompetent ones. Also don’t believe this cr-p because the moderators delete whichever post they want and leave the ones that defend the company. Website getting kickbacks anyone? LMAO!
Be ready. Buckle down now and show your strengths. In a way, this is a good time for the company as those who don’t produce or are lazy as others have said will quickly surface. Bigger news to come soon. Be prepared!
