I try to call the HR number in my separation materials but no one answers, nor do they reply to email. I no longer have access to TalentCentral. I don't need my paystubs from Ceridian/Dayforce because that was for 2024 only, I need my pay at the time I was let go two weeks ago. I tried asking my former boss but he can't get HR in Canada to respond either. Anyone else having this problem?

@qw
Appreciate you trying to help but that has been tried. @HR is overwhelmed, understaffed and under skilled. I had the same issues but was lucky enough to know the actual name
of someone in Payroll. OT needs to stop playing games with people they have tossed aside. The OP has a right to their check stub the day they are separated, full stop.
Email hr@opentext.com for that stuff
Ugh, I’ve had a similar problem. I had to follow up with HR to receive my IT return box, it took 12 business days for them to get it to me. Then the box I received was way too small for all the items I need to send back. Had to send another ticket to HR.
Did you email hr@opentext.com? That’s the general ticketing system.
I was going to suggest you go into the office but then you have already tried your former boss.
Maybe HR was layoff too and someone forgot to turn on AI HR.
Unfortunately this is quite common, a lot of process, email templates and internal websites are out of date. No one left to check anything before it goes out.
Pity, AI Ollie does not know how to verify links and whether info on a documentation is still valid or relevant.
I better start downloading all my payslip as well as backup my laptop from now on. Never know when I will lose access all the sudden.
