Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Any word on merit increases this year?

Wondering what folks might have heard around raises/merit increases this year. Think we'll be back in the same boat as last year with a flat percentage across the board regardless of your CFE rating? I know the PSP outlook isn't great, and that in-line promotions are still stagnant, but I'm hoping there's at least a path forward for high performers... Maybe wishful thinking x)

5% raise for everyone, 100% Bonus payment. This is what we all deserve.

VP and above should get zero raise and no bonus.

Nike already pays more then industry average in sportswear hence the freeze for moving roles laterally- they are re leveling comp, unfortunately. They are also offering bottom of the band for new roles coming in.

I hope but am doubtful based on those points, and everyone I’ve interviewed with externally is already paying less.

No merit increase for high performers. Only DEI increase.

APR and CFE are two separate processes. Pay review guidance for managers coming next week.

Haven't heard anything yet. Guessing we'll get more info as we get closer to year end, but looking at the stock price it doesn't look great. I know multiple people who have said if this is their last year of waiting for a decent raise. If it doesn't happen this year, they're moving on. Can't say I blame them either
