My mental health has been in decline since I started working here a few years ago. I try to remember this is just corporate America spinning its wheels and my value doesn’t lie in my job, but the abuse here, sometimes transparent and other times veiled, has been relentless for me. We’re not all built the same and some of us struggle with depression, so would be great if people could be kinder on this board. I feel so devalued here, and it’s such dissonance when I know I’m talented and have so much to offer. Yes, I am looking elsewhere. Corporate America really is a prison where so many of us live a life of quiet desperation.
Gunjan needs to be sent to a mental institution after that Q&A. We know crazy when we see it.
