Anyone know the HSE leaders that were announced? Can’t be the best we have

I guess some companies build people and change lives. Chevron HSE builds people up and then destroys them and their lives. This is not a function where HSE skills pushes you forward. It is a function that requires constant a-s kissing skills.
I think JL is top for STAAC. The feedback on him from those in RBU is that unless it benefits him personally, he is not approachable.
Did we bring back any of the hse rock stars let go in transform.. oh no of course not.
No in HSE is anywhere near the best we have. That’s how they ended up in HSE.
Who is the TPE lady??
HSE ABU is a joke surely.
H&M Leader names make sense, capable team. ABU Leader is incumbent, so not surprising. Upstream Leader is non-HSE pick, a little surprising but may be the fresh perspective needed? Downstream and PS Leaders not surprising. I’ll keep the comments on TPE HSE Leader to myself. S&TB HSE Leader heavy influence from BN, so prob good for that asset in terms of providing the mindset they need. I think it was a terrible choice to centralize the function and pull out from under the operating orgs, but that decision done and dusted, so onward we go until the orgs start complaining about the lack of support since we’ve siloed ourselves.
The question everyone is thinking and no one is asking is why weren’t the jobs competed? It further reinforces the perception that favoritism, not competence, drives HSE job selection.
can't be the best
but the best of whatsever left
