Everyone’s blaming Jon for the layoffs but see if there have been 3 CEOs since 2015 and various CLT members, when the ridiculous decision making and constant layoffs started the only common factor is the Mafia. The Mafia started to become all powerful right around then, got promoted consistently to VP/SVP. Yes the full range of CLT are clearly incompetent to be so influenced by them so easily, but the incompetence of the Mafia is what’s destroying this once amazing company.

TV is part of the mafia - he will be more than fine. Wait for CG to finally get his coveted and long awaited VP position at the expense of others. I bet they consolidate DS and MS into one under him. As if CVE didn’t already learn that the two businesses and yes project environments are totally different. In for another rodeo of failures. Just in time for stampede!

Pretty f’d up when you hear about it on the news before your own company even lets employees know. Class act!!!

Sorry that it happens to such smart and talented people. The company goes down so it is probably for the best to be laid off.
