LOL I love how you call people racist and then make a racist statement towards white people. And if you think racism towards white people isn't a thing, because you subscribe to the Marxist definition of racism, then it explains why you don't understand that DEI is in fact an agenda to destroy the country.

Btw, I do agree with you that this is all just a bunch of BS required by the major financial institutions for a corporation to improve their social credit score. And that if the business was doing better, we wouldn't need to march in lock step with it so much. I still think that complaining about it can potentially help, don't you?

But props to your pres who got the racists to rally behind a dog whistle to make it seem like there was an agenda to d-mb down the country in favor of diversity. What a crock. There are way d-mber white people than diverse people in the government or any other institution and what you'll actually need is a reverse DEI to make any progress but that's another topic altogether.
All of this is a corporate distraction to hide once again corporate incompetence, plain and simple. You wouldn't need all of this if your business was actually doing well and you didn't owe so much money to your creditors and you didn't need to shore up your stocks to ease the minds of your shareholders. Wall Street equivalent of smoke and mirrors.

You don't want that, though, because your politics are more important than your job or the financial success of your company. Sad.
Like him or not, you’ve got to give the President props for dismantling the DEI bureaucracy within the federal government. These sort of things take time but eventually it’ll trickle down to corporate America. Rebranding DEI is not going to make it any less misguided or harmful.
