MB is an incompetent leader. Speaks and says nothing. His vision is based on fragments he reads, or is told. Employees make jokes about him and no one respects him. They only respect the power he has.
I'd say, you are getting under someones skin. He clearly trolls this site and is gullibable enough to respond to some of the things he reads (or is fed by his handlers).
It's quite funny and sad at the same time.
For, I have worked for some of the best engineering minds on the planet in my many decades of work. They explains things so everyone can understand and everyone feels great about their leadership.
