No shade, I get it. Working here right now su-ks. I agree. But for me, it's still a job that pays well enough. I'm not thrilled, but I'm not consumed by it either. Still, so many people around here seem genuinely miserable. And unless everyone’s stuck because they absolutely can't find anything else (which just doesn’t seem likely), I honestly don't understand why more people aren’t leaving.

If some of you are being truthful, you should be ashamed. You are adults, and you (1) brag about putting forth little effort? What a sad unaccountable little life (2) whine and complain about working in sportswear? And at a great salary. You should quit. Want to know why Nike is failing, look in the freaking mirror because you are a part of it.
I get $220k a year for working 3 hours a week. That’s more than 14k per hour. Have been doing this for 3+ years. I work 3 hours a week, workout at nike gym 8-10 hours a week, swim for 5-6 hours, run for 3-4 hours. I am waiting to get laid off but it’s not happening. I’m in my late 40s and it’s been fun 3 years.

It’s the typical thinking of people on here. Everything is terrible, they should change out everybody, leadership su-ks, and it’s all broken. Oh, except for me because I’m amazing. Don’t change my role. I’m good change everyone else until I like it. That would be horrible. I’m the greatest. I know it all, and I’ll never quit because I like it here even though I complain about it.
I agree. Everyone has a stupid reason to whine. Grow up people. Stop complaining about not really having to work all day. Stop complaining when you can just workout all day, take naps, maybe just not go to the office when you feel like it. Maybe it’s time for some of you to go get a new job that will require you to work a full 8+ hour day with 1 allowed break and 1 allowed lunch and no parties other than the yearly pizza party. Y’all are so fu--ing entitled.
