How is the AW’s reign of te---r continuing to proceed now that he is somehow over DS and MS? He is the epitome of one who lacks self-awareness, empathy, employee connectivity, etc. And absolutely has no idea what employee empowerment is or what culture means.

He is nothing short of caustic……I love how he will state a position, then say with great anxiety “but I don’t know, maybe that’s not right”, then stammer around some more in in his statements, reinforce his position, show he is insecure in it if you haven’t yet given a vigorous head nod of agreement, say something like “but what do I know, right?”, then continue on his monologue, reinforce why he is right, finally talk himself into the fact that he is right and then hammer down on you baby……..what a flipping dork who can’t even decide if he is passive aggressive or not when mumbling over himself. Yes, a total facade who truly has no empathy but has to pretend. Yep, I remember that video from the fancy smancy vacation home in Colorado and the infamous “shorty shorts”….reminds me of that old commercial, “who’s got short shorts” :)
AW, DEI at its best. He’s a self promoting ignoramus. Absolute taker and media whoe. Pretty much took the pss out of the company. He needed to be taken down a peg or two but it’s too late now he’s made his millions. Wife is a piece of work too. Daughter needs to let those shorts down. Thought he’d gone.
Anybody else remember AW doing a call in 2020 from his luxury cabin someplace, and as he’s talking to us about very serious Transformation related updates, you could see what I can only hope was his teen daughter in some short shorts behind him on the deck grilling. I mean, FFS dude, have the decency to at least PRETEND to give a cr-p! It truly was vomit inducing to see how little these execs care as they live in the lap of luxury. AW also sounded like there may have been some day drinking going on, but that seems to be his constant look (red in the face and amped up).
Is the comment about MW & AW working together at Richmond true? Had no idea. Who else is part of the downstream crew that worked together on the ELT??
