When is separation for the 2H lower PSG? Is that Nov 1?
Hess personnel will be great. Our entire exploration management needs to be thrown out and replaced by Hess folks.
They are clearly delaying the re-org so Hess personnel can take positions. If they weren’t going to hire Hess personnel, you would do the re-org a lot sooner.
