It’s become a daily occurrence at this point. Meanwhile, the EC dinosaurs don’t have a clue how to lead this organization. The downfall of CDW is Leahy’s legacy.

Jamie Dimon Ceo jpmorgan chase on www.businessinsider.com has some advice for workplace issues.
Jamie Dimon, during a Wednesday panel on data and AI, shared tips on improving workplace culture.
One of the first things a company has to do is "fire the a--holes" before they ruin things.
Is the company going downhill? Yes. You also have to take into account partner funded roles. For example some HPE ISA’s were given 45 days to find a new role because HP is no longer funding the role. This cycle happens all the time with HP, Dell and Cisco just to name a few.
“ Culture - Fear based with incompetent people throwing others under the bus to cover their tracks.
The only reason to stay at CDW is because you'll get a title you couldn't get in a company with capable people.”
THIS! The culture here has turned to absolute sh-t and fear of getting fired, even if you are a high performer. Doesn’t matter. The managers and directors are on a constant power trip because, well, they are managers and directors and will do everything they can to hold onto their mid level mediocre positions of power. SMB is the worst with these folks who know they are untouchable because they’ll never get let go, even though many of them are horrible at managing sales reps and provide zero value. Their title is EVERYTHING.
I mean, stop and think about it : If you're good enough to get hired elsewhere then why would you stay?
Earnings - less than market wage and bonuses that are more often missed
Benefits - Outdated and mediocre compared to the market
Culture - Fear based with incompetent people throwing others under the bus to cover their tracks

He or she is actually right. I saw the post with the names and it is gone now. The board took it down. I didn't know they did that. I like the troll poster that is badmouthing people and yet he or she is on here posting. Keep posting everyone. As you can see, we have observers that are emotionally moved by your comments. Great work!
Oh you can't put names? But there are 50 posts naming our Execs... by name. Got it... in other words, you are exaggerating. I am sure somebody left recently that was talented and an asset... but there are not exits every day of great Coworkers we will miss. Just say it "I am unhappy and wish others left in droves to prove my point and make things better because I myself am not leaving and am just going to stay unhappy".
Unhappy psycho. You should move on. This isn’t good for your stress level.
I put a name of an exec in a post and it got taken down
Go on LinkedIn and hit refresh. Its not difficult.

You cant put names in this forum. It’s true that great talent usually says so-long to CDW. Only the mediocre survive!
Love that somebody says "It’s become a daily occurrence at this point." and when pressed for even one name the response is "Are you living under a rock?" and not a list of names.
Yes, some talented people have left. That happens at any company. Are great people leaving every single day? Nope.
Are you living under a rock?
Sorry, who exactly left and when did they leave?
