Similar to PDC's only certain positions will be posted Expat eligible. From what I have seen they will follow all normal HR policies.
This question is weird. If you’re asking if only people legally authorized to work in the US will be placed in US positions, then the answer is yes.

Weird question, are you asking if Chevron will be reviewing immigration status. I believe Chevron is a reputable company and they follow all immigration requirements.
