Hello! I’m so sad. Has anyone used the recruiter to find another job within Elevance? I have 19 years of experience. It would have been 20 in a few months.

I was Rif(ed) in January and a recruiter did help me interview and I secured a role in another team. It did take three weeks. I would give it some time. I also know a few other colleagues that also got another role.
@ae+1jtg7hcak The “letter” is included in the email from HR Services with the packet. It should be labeled with your name and employee number. If you haven’t received the email, call HR
My experience is similar. The recruiter is not going to find you another job. You have to look and apply for the jobs. The packet makes it sound like the recruiter is going to do all these things that just isn’t feasible. I don’t understand why they make it seem like each recruiter has hours of time to spend with you when recruiter is trying to help 500 other people jobs too. The packet is very misleading.
20+ plus years and RIF on May 1. No bad evals, write up nothing. 3rd shift UM and they keep the ones who don't follow the process and others have to correct their mess. I would not reapply to another department because Rifs are across the board at GBD. No use in looking to apply with other healthcare companies because they are getting rid of people to.
I still am waiting for a letter...
I did get another job internally BTW. I was also rejected by a lot of jobs internally too. Don’t get discouraged!
Thank you for your reply.
Yes but you have to do a lot of the work yourself. Remember they are helping everyone else who opted in a was riffed as well. They will do mock interview with you and go over your resume. But you need to apply internally for the jobs you want and they will reach out to hiring managers on your behalf if you aren’t hearing back from them.
