“Then why are they trying so hard to erase it?”

Because of this entire thread and all the others after the town hall. People overreacting and acting like babies.

... an employee of U.S. Bank, just like any of us.

We need to beat this in to the MC's, EVP's etc. They are just an employee of the bank like us and need to act like one.

Then why are they trying so hard to erase it? They deleted her Twitter account, and had Google remove the search result. It's most certainly something that the bank does not want to be seen.

@jd Exactly. I don't see the issue either. She didn't say anything that wasn't true.

"Her tweet was something along the lines of “American Corporate Boards are all too male, stale, and pale”"

Where's the lie? They are.

She is trying to fix a broken bank thanks to Andy. Sure you can hate on her but give it some time. Do you want Andy back? She knows she has an up hill road to climb.

As a woman who had high hopes for another woman leader…’disappointing’ is the word that comes to mind after that all employee call.

They’ve deleted at lot of posts in this in just the past 4 hours. Her tweet was something along the lines of “American Corporate Boards are all too male, stale, and pale”

Thanks @dx+1jtebhwgy. That is disappointing, how on Earth would someone who says that be qualified for CEO?

: @dv+1jtebhwgy The alleged tweet was posted in 2014. It was something along the lines of "American boards are male, pale, and stale." Of course the tweet was deleted. This board is watched like a hawk by the legal and HR departments. Like another posted tweeted, it's already been screenshotted and archived.

I’ve completely missed something here. What did she post on twitter???

Referencing a public tweet from the CEO is relevant and does not violate any site rule, so I'm not sure why the posts were removed. They have deleted her twitter account, but the tweet lives on in the google results. It's also been archived and screenshotted. As we tell the kids, the internet is forever!

The bank knows the truth and is doing everything they can to cover it up. This amount of corruption is insane. But they will continue to put leaders in place that have no record of success in this business.

GK is a prime example of how knowing the right people while being a failure is how to win at U.S. Bank.

This thread is already being pruned. It will be gone entirely by morning. That's how you know the bank doesn't want us talking about something.
