It’s ironic…

how the company consistently scrutinizes various roles across the org when deciding where to cut or invest during reorgs/layoffs, yet shows little to no critical evaluation of the roles that arguably have the greatest impact on our performance: the executive leadership team and the 1-2 layers directly beneath them.

But hey, keep cutting the peons and see how that reignites the Nike and Jordan brand energy.
