Is there any information on how much the severance package will be for salaried employees who were rated as underperforming?

In the organizations in which I've worked, if you were an "underperformer" you were put on a 90 day PIP (Personal Improvement Plan). If, after that plan, you were still deemed an underperformer, you were simply let go with as little severance as they could get away with...there were no If's, And's, or But's. Your "personal/families" well being was up to you! I actually had an employer wait an extra few days more before they laid people off, so they didn't have to supplement the "government subsidized" amont out of their own pocket for health care costs during the Great Recession.....True Story!
Still at Ford, is this only for those with 20+ years of service?
I have less than 10, no clue what this is all about.
If you have 8 years of service you get 9 months pay. Unlike the other, non-looser severance where you need 20 years to get 9 months pay. Loosers win again.
Is it a sliding scale like it was for the aug22 layoffs or just everyone gets 9 months?
9 months pay. Reference the email.
