He will never do it. All the Ford factories have outdated technology, and the whole UAW thing, not to mention many factories are in the snow belt and undesirable locations. People from Michigan don’t get that top talent from the west coast states can not live in Michigan through the winters. They can’t handle the old, depressed area and the cloudy gloom.
