I heard from some former colleagues that they managed to get higher paid offers in this industry. Some even say that they are now paid significantly more than they were here. However, no one is saying whether and how much more they are overloaded there than here at NS?

I got hired on at csx. I now make a dollar more and get weekends off perfect
We had several that were leaving as soon as they got it! Now all I hear are crickets.
I want my back pay for those reasons. I can wait until the PEB is forced on us though. That way the egos can be satisfied.

Every electrician that said they were just sticking around to make sure they get their back pay can now make good on their word. The door is wide open. Don't let the railroad keep holding you back from achieving your dreams!!!

Don’t think it’s any better on any other road. I work for another RR that displays a yellow color and let me tell you it’s no walk in the park. If you think changing RRs is going to improve your quality of life it won’t. Stay put and make your own changes at work. Slow down, stick together with your co-workers, and remind your employer who actually does the work that makes said company profits.
How do you measure “overload”? All you can do is stay busy. They can pile all the work on you they want to, but you can only be in one place at a time.
I want my back pay, and I want it right now. I have to make a payment on my new truck, my house, my motorcycle, my new boat,and I have to make payments on my credit cards.
