I don't remember favoritism ever being as rampant as it is now. It used to be somewhat hidden, but now managers very openly favor certain employees. Some of them quickly climb the corporate ladder, regardless of their lack of skills and talent. Where does it all lead?

I always favored Alice. My number one. She is the best of the best. A little older than me but her experience goes a long way. I think she favors me too. It goes both ways
They use different wird now, networking. That will ignore all the bsht u can think of about favortism.
Many are noticing. Being favored seems only way to advance. So no work so hard no more.
