Id jump ship but progressive is salaried and SF is not, we all know how salaried employment and claims goes down, great for the first 6mo then kiss your weekends and evenings good by

I wish Progressive would run a TV commercial add saying: If your work for State Farm call us and we will hire you to wfh for Progressive in your same position, same salary. With an 800 number. How many employees could they steel?
I dont think any place would be as toxic as SF. Progressive is hiring for work from home positions and in office hybird positions. That alone show they are a smarter organization. SF has stopped any wfh hiring or promotions.
@d0 Yeah, I don't think so. Their latest thread was started Jan 19, 2025. For a company that is about to pass SF as #1 their board is quite as a church mouse compared to SF. It may not a great place to work but State Farm takes sh---y to a whole new level.

Claims isn't still just claims when you add in leadership incompetence, unreliable buggy software, micromanagement, and abuse of employees.
