Current employee and I've heard that if you are employed on the last day of fiscal but then leave before August, you still get the bonus payout. Is that true? This is assuming you leave on your own accord in June or July, not leaving as part of a layoff/severance etc.

Work through the summer and quit after Labor Day weekend. Nike in the summer is pretty chill.
@am PSP is calculated based on revenue and earnings. Both are down bigly.
Leave 6/1 or later you are supposed to get one. A manager with no ethics can still sc--w your over though. You really think PSP is tracking about 0% this year?
Your exit date has to be after May 31st. After that, you’re guaranteed a bonus (if we get one this year). Another call out, if you’re fired for a policy reason (failing to meet the 4:1 policy, misconduct, etc.), you will not receive the bonus.
So laid off, leave on your, or retire… you’re going to get a bonus. Fired for misconduct, no.
You assume we'll get one...
True. A coworker last year worked till june 1st then left and got the bonus
Yes based on HR page if you were on payroll through the full fiscal year, you’ll qualify for psp
