I upload my receipt as requested and it still isn't not good enough. Why? Its a covered item. No problems ordering FSA approved stuff thru Door dash. Make this make sense!!! I will be funding my own FSA next year.

Similar issues with the DCFSA. Uploaded a receipt for in-network daycare. They denied it because the receipt didn’t show the dates the care was provided. It did. Submitted the same receipt with the dates highlighted. Still denied it for not showing the dates. Uploaded it a third time and immediately called in to tell them they need to use their eyeballs. Problem solved.
Same! I upload receipts, obvious FSA eligible, and they're all denied. Then they backcharge me! I then have to waste too much of my time with back and forths in the message center, every time with someone new having no idea what I am talking about. Literally every single charge/receipt has been denied. Charges directly from a pharmacy and lab even. So frustrating. I will never elect our FSA again.
Same happening with me.
Absolutely the same and don’t ever get the same answer or any consistency
Unfortunately, the opposite is true. FSA operated great under the prior vendor but has been very aggravating to get claims approved once it was brought back in house. They may be very short staffed. I had the same issue uploading valid receipts that were never processed. At the end of every year, I have to call FSA and spend time on the phone with someone to get it all straight.
