Interestingly there are so many posts on this site referring to kickbacks- I always kind of rolled my eyes about it but apparently this was not unknown I guess! News to me but search this site anthem kickback and you sure see it!
Guess it makes sense while so many people were RIF’d if they really started doing this stuff in 2016 with the old cr-ppy leadership …. Hopefully more will be RIF’d as a result of these incompetencies so those of us trying to do it right can survive!

If ELV can't do the right thing...some regulatory body will make you and you won't like it. When they have no people left to support the needs, regulators will manage it the way they see fit and no longer will c Suite luv that.
Unless FN has half a brain, Elevance is being swept up with the non Big 4 carriers. The odds are that this is not an Anthem thing.
