The goal isn’t to bring you back in a way that’s convenient for you or beneficial to the company. The goal is to get rid of you. They don’t care about retaining competent, skilled workers. They’re focused on short-term profit maximization. It's always about the numbers. We've seen it with every round of layoffs. Any RTO policy is just another form of attrition.

When they’re installing badge out readers for salaried employees they’re admitting defeat. LMAO at the next SLT with the nerve to talk about culture.

Unreal! Disgusting ppl work extra because of the flexibility now less work will be done! They do not even have enough office space some of us have 8-10 calls daily where are we supposed to take them w/out interrupting others. My leadership didn’t even have the decency to say a word we had to read Pete’s email so damn professional of them.
Absolutely! Why else would they force people back in mid-July when it is hot as H in most states.... They want us to quit or retire early....
