With the new RTO policy (and likely future expansion to all associates), do you think leadership will open those currently “restricted” offices to increase our footprint? For instance I know a good amount of 100% remote ppl in Jacksonville, FL, but the office there is strictly closed for a specific BU.

They have started opening up restricted offices. At least I know the AmeriBen office was only for them but in March/April, they opened up for all EH. So now EH employees who lives near Meridian had to start going in.
In many cases, those locations that are restricted to certain business units are that way because of particular contracts that would restrict who has access to information or other aspects of the business.
