Yes!!! There IS LIFE after Helevance, coming from the CareNon department.
That said, I am so grateful for tge experience. I learned alot and taking my skills elsewhere! Don’t believe in the scarcity mindset, I will be creating my next steps and will be aligning more closely to my personal interests.
I’m super sad for my teammates who are being paid well but being choked out doing the work of 2.5 people.🥲
