To everyone rifed today. I’m so sorry…yes once again experienced let go. Best wishes I worked personally with some of you for years.
My position was eliminated today. I spent wasted months on this site to get the information the company was never transparent to communicate with us. If you have the intuition and something doesn’t feel right, move forward. We want to deny it but move forward, life really is too short, and you miss out working so much to prove yourself to whom? Mental Health is much more important. Employees are still members to care about! Our members are still us.
Look for a new job while you still have one.
Being let go today, I respectively say if you feel "Pins & Needles", look for something so you are not me. I want to trust and believe and pivot. Really do you! PLAN. I say this with Love.
